Day 1: Hanoi arrival - City Tour/ The Past in the Present

Welcome to Vietnam! On your arrival in the Noi Bai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver then transfer you to a local restaurant by noon.

After lunch, you will begin your tour at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, where you can explore the diverse 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam. Next, you will enjoy a visit to the Old Quarter and take in the serene beauty of Hoan Kiem Lake, a picturesque spot in the city. Day 2: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc

Today, you will travel to Ninh Binh, your destination for the day. Your first stop will be Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Dai Co Viet, the historical name for Vietnam. Here, you will explore a site that has witnessed many significant events, including the unification of Vietnam after the "12 Lords Rebellion," conflicts with the Song dynasty, defense against ancient Cambodia, and the foundations that led to the formation of modern-day Hanoi.

After lunch, you will be rowed along the Ngo Dong River to visit Tam Coc, which makes for a truly unforgettable experience, passing between towering limestone peaks. Enormous limestone karsts jut out from the green rice fields giving rise to this place’s other name, “Halong Bay on land”.You will overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay - Hanoi

Our driver will pick you up for your transfer to Halong Bay, a scenic journey through charming villages and lush fields of rice and vegetables. Upon arrival at Tuan Chau harbor, you will check in and board your cruise to begin your exploration of this World Heritage site. Enjoy a welcome drink as the cruise departs, allowing you to take in the stunning beauty of Halong Bay, featuring iconic limestone islands such as Dog Rock, Duck Rock, and the impressive Thumb Rock, which resembles a giant thumb rising from the water. Indulge in a lavish buffet lunch with a variety of dishes, including fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

You will stop at Bo Hon Island to explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay, after a short trek through the forest. Following your cave visit, the cruise will head to Luon Cave for about 30 minutes of kayaking. You'll then stop at Titov Island, where you can climb for a panoramic view of the bay. Back on the cruise, enjoy a Sunset Party with Vietnamese tea, coffee, fresh fruits, and snacks while taking in the scenery. As you return, the cruise will pass through the picturesque Hoa Cuong area before arriving at Tuan Chau port to meet your driver for the trip back to your hotel.You will overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi free time – Flight to Danang

Day 5: Cam Thanh coconut village– Hoian walking tour

Your adventure begins with a bicycle ride to Cam Thanh village, where you will board a boat to explore the Bay Mau coconut water forest, a 7-hectare area surrounded by mangroves and canals. You’ll have the opportunity to row basket boats with locals and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest, where you can collect handmade souvenirs crafted from nipa palm leaves. Afterward, enjoy a relaxing foot massage with medicinal herbs and participate in preparing a traditional Vietnamese lunch in local homes.

After lunch, you’ll enjoy a post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap vegetables. You'll then overnight in Hoi An, heading back to the town in the afternoon to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site. You’ll discover Hoi An’s many delights, from expert dressmakers crafting custom outfits to picturesque photo opportunities along the river. You can visit the local market, wander through small alleys to see the Chinese Assembly Hall, the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, and Tan Ky Ancient House, all while immersing yourself in the charm of this unique port town. You will overnight in Danang.

Day 6: Danang – Free time to enjoy beach

Today you will have a free day to relax on My Khe beach or explore the city by yourself.

Day 7: Danang – Flight to Ho Chi Minh city – Half-day sightseeing

After breakfast at your hotel, your driver will meet you in the lobby to transfer you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our local guide and transferred to the city center, where you’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, your tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City begins with a visit to the Reunification Palace, known for its unique blend of traditional and modern architecture from the 1960s. You’ll then explore the Central Post Office, one of the oldest buildings in the city, which showcases a captivating mix of Gothic, Renaissance, and French colonial styles. Next, visit the War Remnants Museum, dedicated to showcasing the impacts of war in Vietnam through its thematic exhibits. Day 8: Mekong Delta

After breakfast, you’ll set out on an excursion to My Tho, a charming city in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, you’ll board a boat to enjoy the fresh air and take in the sights of lush islets and tropical fruit gardens. You’ll then cruise around the four beautiful islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. Stopping at Unicorn Island, you can stroll along country lanes, visit orchards, and savor tropical fruits while enjoying folk music performed by locals. The day is filled with activities, including visiting a fruit plantation, riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal, exploring a family business, visiting a honey-bee farm, and participating in a coconut candy workshop.

You’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and take some time to rest before your driver takes you back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. After some free time to explore the vibrant city on your own, you’ll continue your boat trip to the Rach Xep – Ben Tre area. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to ride on a “xe lam,” a motorized rickshaw, while taking in the tranquil village sceneryYou will overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 9: Cu Chi tunnels – Free time

After breakfast, you’ll meet our guide in the hotel lobby and be transferred to the Cu Chi tunnels. This site is renowned for its 200-kilometer-long underground network, constructed by the Vietcong during the Vietnam War. Visiting the tunnels offers a unique opportunity to reflect on Vietnam's wartime history and understand how the country defended itself against invaders.

After lunch, you’ll visit the liberated area, where you can explore the architecture and daily life from 1961 to 1972, gaining deeper insight into Vietnam's war history.
