Weather
Da Nang is a region with a typical tropical monsoon climate. It ensures a relatively high temperature and little variation in general. But it is more affected by the tropical climate in the South. Therefore, there are two distinct seasons: rainy season (August - December) and dry season (January - July).
How To Get There
As a busy transport and tourism hub in Central Vietnam, Danang can be accessed in many ways. Traveling by plane is the most popular and time-saving way to Danang. From Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) and Tan Son Nhat Airport (Saigon), it only takes an hour and a half. The national railway does cross Danang, So guests can choose to go on a train because of the reasonable price and the ability to enjoy the exceptional outside landscape. Still, traveling by train will take much longer, approximately 15 hours

My Khe Beach
Traveling 3 km from the center of Da Nang city, passing the Han River bridge, following Pham Van Dong high road, about 1.5 km to the East, you will reach My Khe. This beach is famous for its beautiful white sand, mild waves, warm water all year round, surrounded by romantic coconut rows. In particular, My Khe was also voted by Forbes as one of the six most attractive beaches on the planet.
Son Tra Peninsula
As the only beachfront natural forest ecosystem in Vietnam, the Son Tra peninsula is 10 km from the city center with three sides bordering the sea. The atmosphere here is very fresh and clean. According to scientific research, every day the forest here reproduces enough oxygen to provide 4 million people, a substantial green lung of the city. This is also the home of many animals including 22 rare species listed in the red book.
Ngu Hanh Son And Non Nuoc Mountain
This landscape includes five limestone mountains on the coastal sand. It is famous for the Non Nuoc exceptional art village, which produces many beautiful marble artworks. Historical records indicate that before the arrival of Vietnamese people, the Cham people had worshiped their gods in caves and temples here. The emigration of Vietnamese people to this region brought with them the culture and beliefs of Buddhism, establishing more temples and shrines, making this place very diverse and harmonious in its identity.
Bana Hill And The Golden Bridge
Ba Na Hill Recreation Complex located at a height of 1,487 m from the sea level, which enables visitors to experience temperate weather in a hot tropical area. It is said to give you the feel of the usual rotation of four seasons in one single day. The Golden Bridge is a new add-on to Ba Na Hill complex since the middle of 2018. The unique construction style of a pair of hand raising a golden silk scarf has made this bridge so popular that no one could visit Danang without checking in Golden Bridge

Da Nang is located in the heart of the Central region, where ancient Cham culture is preserved, with many large-scale architectural works. Besides, Buddhism in Da Nang is very developed. Many large and famous temples have been built. In addition to the scale, the sacredness, the surrounding myths have made many temples in Da Nang ideal pilgrimage sites for many Buddhists across the country.
Best Time To Visit
Da Nang is a city in the South Central region, so it has a typical monsoon tropical climate, high temperature with little to no change throughout the year. An important note for Danang's adventure is to avoid the rainy season at the end of the year. So, the best time to visit Danang is from February to August. However, if you want to save some pennies, go around January to April. This period offers comforting weather with lower service prices. But beach activities are also limited.
